Optional Modules
>> STANDARD PACKAGE <<
Because some of our clients have additional needs, we have developed optional modules for our
Impress business management software. Below, we have listed the optional modules and reports available with
Impress 2006.
To view samples of these optional modules and reports, simply click on the link below to download a .pdf file.
Optional Modules
Royalties
- Impress accurately tracks royalties per item, percent of sales or both - providing essential information to monitor and manage royalties with confidence and ease
- Royalty reports can be quickly produced for auditing
- For flexibility, there is an option for Royalty Exemption at Sales Order Entry
Order Tracking
- Order status information is only a mouse click away and can be accessed by your customer service staff while on the phone with the customer, rather than needing to check with several people, creating interruptions, costing time and requiring a call back to the customer. It keeps track of where an order is in-house and what has been started and completed.
Production Scheduling
- Optimize production with automatic or manual scheduling to single or multiple location machines
- Quickly recognize when work areas are over allocated
- Customized work schedules are possible, with multiple shift, normal and holiday work weeks accommodated
- Sales orders can be scheduled and assigned timing parameters such as ASAP or Fixed Start dates, helping you meet your customer's requirements
Multiple Warehouse Support
- Impress supports multiple warehouses including tracking costs, quantities, availability and movements between warehouses and sub contractors
Customer SKU
- The customer SKU module translates your SKU number to the customer's SKU number for acknowledgements, invoices, and packing lists
- Track their SKU numbers, UPC numbers and selling price (for hang tags) against your SKU number
Bar Coding
- For speed and accuracy of production and shipping, barcodes can be printed on work orders and packing slips
Web Order Status
- Customers and your sales team can log onto your web site to check the status of their orders anytime, day or night
XML Web Order Entry
- Impress creates sales orders for the electronic orders generated from your Web site. The XML Web Order Entry Module allows your
Web Developer to access Impress information. Note that this works with your existing Web site or shopping cart but does not replace
it, and requires changes to your Web site to send orders to Impress.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Impress has added support for EDI. EDI allows you to send and receive the following documents:
* 810 - Invoice Send
* 856 - Advanced Ship Notice (ASN)
* 850 - Purchase Order Receipt
Wireless Inventory Management
- The Wireless Handheld Interface for Impress allows information to be obtained and transactions to be recorded by simply
scanning barcodes. Specific tasks the Wireless Handheld Interface improves are:
* Stock Picking
* Physical Counts
* Inventory Transfers (moving goods from one location to another)
* Purchase Order Receipts
* Updating Primary Locations for product
* Inventory Queries (where is the stock, and how much do we have?)
Shopping Cart Development
- The Precise Development Team can design a shopping cart that can be embedded in your existing website. The Shopping Cart is easily
administered from inside Impress. Adding and removing goods from your Shopping Cart is as easy as checking or un-checking a box from within Impress..
