Standard Package
Quotations
- When a prospect or a customer calls for pricing on a potential order, a quotation is entered through the quotation module, which will accurately calculate and total the price, and then print a Quotation. If the customer approves the quotation, the quote is transferred to order entry.
Smart Notes
- Smart notes can be added to windows and reports to provide extra information about individual sales orders, customers or production issues. You control which notes pop up on each window and report.
Purchase Orders
- Purchase order module integrates with inventory and sales orders - giving you the opportunity to always know what is in stock and on order
- Exclusive PO Builder easily generates purchase orders directly form sales orders
Order Entry
- Enter multiple sizes on the same order line
- Create custom designs at order entry by combining new or existing embroidery, screen print or other decorations
Shipping Module with UPS / FedEx Integration
- Feeds information directly to Worldship, receiving back from Worldship the tracking number and freight costs
- Prints packing lists for each box or shipment and forwards shipments to invoicing for billing
Invoicing
- Generate professional looking invoices with ease
- Automatically generate invoices directly form the sales orders
- Accommodate partial shipments and track multiple invoices per sales order
Credit Card Processing
- Using a merchant service, you can process credit card payments on the Sales Order or Invoice from within Impress.
Sales Agent Commissions
