Impress 2006 Requirements
Before you install Impress, check whether your computers meet the minimum system requirements. An Impress installation typically has a shared server computer and multiple user computers, one for each user, all connected together via Windows networking software. Server and user computers have slightly different minimum requirements.

Check that your server computer meets the system requirements. Check CPU/RAM as well as hard disk space.

Some form of backup must be provided to back up Impress, as well as other software on the server. |

| UPS (Uninterruptible Power Service) |

to 20 minutes of battery backup must be provided for
the server and network switch. This will protect your data by allowing the computer to power down properly. |
