The base system can handle the common day-to-day activities while the optional modules tackle more complex business operations. Scheduling jobs is made easy with drag and drop technology. Simply drag a job from a list and drop it on a machine. No manual lists or boards to update. Jobs can be rescheduled or moved to another machine simply by dragging to the machine you choose or moved back to the yet to be scheduled queue. Color coding can give you a visual if the job is in jeopardy of missing its required date.

ORDER TRACKING WITH
Barcode Order Tracking allows you to print barcodes on your work orders, purchase order, packing slips and other forms. Instead of manual data entry your employees simply scan the operational step that they are performing and Impress automatically tracks the status change.
Impress base system includes an integration link to several popular accounting systems of various sizes and capabilities to provide for your back-end accounting needs GL, AP, PR (financial reporting, check writing and payroll) This link will automatically post entries made in Impress to Accounts Payable (PO) or General Ledger depending on the nature of the transaction. These programs will work in tandem and provide you with up-to-date and accurate financial reporting without duplicate data entry
Accounts receivable are handled in Impress with features designed for the Apparel Decorator. Credit and payment information available at the point of order entry. Email invoices and monthly statements to customers and if customers call with questions on their account you’ll have ready access to the information you need. Process credit cards real time on the sales order or invoice from within Impress.
